Epoxy Resin and Oak Dining Table With Copper Heavy Duty Boxed Steel Legs
Handmade dining table crafted from oak and epoxy resin. This table is truly stunning and would be an absolute showstopper in any room.
The oak was sourced md handpicked from our local sawmill 2 minutes down the road from our workshop in East Sussex. The winding River through the middle has been created with epoxy resin and a Karribean Krush pigment to achieve the beautiful colouration and natural chemical reaction.
I have milled, flattened and installed C-tracks to prevent the table from twisting or warping whilst allowing for slight wood movement as seen in the photos. Tabletop has been finished with 5 coats of Pro Cast epoxy resin, sanded with polishing pads to 5000 grit then finally buffed to a glass like finish using epoxy polish. The shine on this table is unbelievable. The table comes fitted with 100cm x 50cm boxed steel legs finished in a copper powder coat with a gloss laquer for added protection.Although these can be sprayed a different colour if not to your taste. This is an extremely heavy table weighing approximately 70+ kg so will be delivered via courier or by myself depending on location and will arrive as seen in the photos.
