This building is a contemporary pent-roof summerhouse that allows in maximum light for that open, airy feel. All of our Contemporary ranges also include Toughened Safety Glass as standard giving you that extra peace of mind that your children or grandchildren can also enjoy your new garden retreat. Please note this building comes with no veranda, a veranda can be added as an optional extra.

Please be aware we do not internally bead the windows on any of our buildings. We offer a Tanalising treatment.

With all our buildings, opting for the treatment will give you a 15 year anti-rot guarantee. Please note all of our buildings are manufactured from tongue and grove cladding. We ensure our buildings are fully tongue and grove throughout, including the roof and floor. We do not use OSB (chipboard) in our buildings. ALTHOUGH OUR BUILDINGS ARE FULLY TANALISED WE STILL RECCOMEND A FURTHER APPLICATION OF WATER REPELLANT AFTER INSTALLATION. When fitting the building you would require a suitable level base. If the base is not suitable then you may not be able to fit the item correctly.
